What is Lent?

Why Fasting and Abstinence?

Stations of the Cross & Soup Supper
Wednesdays during Lent at 6:00 pm.  Stations of the Cross are followed by a Soup Supper.

A sign up will be available in the Gathering Area to bring soup, bread or cheese for each Wednesday’s soup supper.

**UNR students will be presenting “Live Stations” on FRIDAY, March 9th at 7:00 pm, with simple Cheese, Wine, and Crackers at 6:00 pm, in the Gathering Space.  There are no Stations of the Cross on Wednesday, March 7th.

During Lent, the Knights of Columbus will be conducting a "40 Cans for Lent" program.  The goal of this program is exactly as the name implies - for each parishioner to contribute one can of food per day during the forty days of Lent.

Please look for the barrels in the Gathering Area.  Consider all that you are thankful for and remember those less fortunate than us.
