Effective September 1st ...
Because of the Corona virus pandemic, St. Gall continues to follow diocesan guidelines limiting the number of persons allowed in our building at one time. Effective September 1st we are updating the protocol for managing inside seating and are providing additional options for attending weekend Liturgies.
To Reserve Your Seat
You must reserve a seat for all weekend Masses by calling the office on Monday through Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for the following Sunday. For example, to reserve a seat for Sunday Masses on September 6th, call the office between August 31 to September 2nd.
Notice, reservations are on a per week basis, only. In other words, you cannot reserve seating for weeks beyond the current week.
We ask you to consider those parishioners who have not been able to attend Mass due to full reservation lists every week, and seek an alternative.
Additional Options for Attending Sunday Masses
To accommodate the increased number of parishioners who are now willing to attend liturgies in person, we provide the following options:
- For the 8:30 a.m. Mass, you can participate by watching the Livestream in your car in the designated parking spaces. Communion will be distributed in the parking lot at Communion time. (This option applies to the 8:30 a.m. live streamed Mass only.)
- For all Sunday Masses, you can attend by sitting in the front courtyard and listening to Mass on outdoor speakers. Signup is not required for this option but you must observe social distancing, wear a mask, and bring your own chair. Communion will be distributed outdoors at Communion time.
- For the 8:30 a.m. Mass, we will allow 50 persons to attend the Livestream of the Mass displayed on the big screen in the Pastoral Community Center (PCC). We will distribute Communion in the PCC at Communion time. Notice, reserve your seat in the PCC for this option by using the procedure described above.
