• Ministerio de jóvenes/Recaudación de fondos para la Confirmación

  Participaremos en la recaudación de fondos a través de la masa de galletas Otis Spunkmeyer. Recibiremos el 45% de las ganancias de la venta. Estamos recaudando estos fondos para proporcionar actividades del Ministerio de Jóvenes para nuestros alumnos de 8° a 12° grado, así como oportunidades de retiro para nuestros estudiantes de preparación de confirmación. Por favor, recoja un formulario de pedido en la oficina Educación Religiosa o en el pasillo del Centro Pastoral. También puede enviar un mensajes de texto con el código de grupo STGA22 a 74590 para ordenar en línea. Tomaremos pedidos hasta el 29 de septiembre y la entrega y la recolección serán el 8 de noviembre de 11 am a 6 pm. Llame a la oficina de Educación Religiosa con cualquier pregunta, 775-782-3784. Gracias de antemano por ayudarnos a brindar más oportunidades.

• Religious Education Registration

  

  It’s that time of year! Religious Education classes will begin the week of September 23.  You can pick up a registration form in the PC entry or the religious ed office.  There is also an option to print a form from the website. Even though some parishes in the Diocese have begun preparing 6th graders for Confirmation, St. Gall will begin preparing 6th graders in the 2025 school year.  This year, we will again have a 7/8th grade class for 1st year Confirmation prep as well as our high school classes. Communion and Confirmation preparation are 2-year programs.

  Please consider signing up your children that are in between sacrament prep years so that they can continue their faith education.  Our journey and our education in our faith lasts a lifetime.

• Inscripción para Educación Religiosa

  

  ¡Llegó esa época del año! Las clases de Educación Religiosa comenzarán la semana del 23 de septiembre. Puede recoger un formulario de inscripción en la entrada del Centro Pastoral o en la oficina de educación religiosa. También existe la opción de imprimir un formulario desde el sitio web. Aunque algunas parroquias de la Diócesis han comenzado a preparar a los estudiantes de 6º grado para la Confirmación, St. Gall comenzará a preparar a los estudiantes de 6.º grado en el año escolar 2025. Este año, nuevamente tendremos una clase de 7º y 8º grado para la preparación de la Confirmación de primer año, así como nuestras clases de High School. La preparación para la Comunión y la Confirmación son programas de 2 años.

  Considere inscribir a sus hijos que no están en los años de preparación sacramental para que puedan continuar su educación en la fe. Nuestro viaje y nuestra educación en nuestra fe duran toda la vida.

• Youth Ministry/Confirmation Fundraiser

  We will be participating in Fundraising through Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough. We will receive 45% of the profits from the sale. We are raising these funds so as to provide Youth Ministry activities for our 8th-12th graders, as well as retreat opportunities for our Confirmation Prep students. Please pick up an order form from the R.E. office or PC Hallway. You can also TEXT the group code STGA22 to 74590 to order online. We will be taking orders through September 29th and delivery and pickup will be on November 8th from 11am-6pm. Call the RE Office with any questions, 775-782-3784. Thank you in advance for helping us to provide more opportunities.

  These meetings will begin on Monday, September 16th, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the library.

  The St. Gall Benedictine Oblates will be offering a retreat in the Faith / Genesis classroom on Saturday, September 21st, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  All are welcome.
