It is best that you quit Zoom before you following
1. If you have never hosted Liturgy of the Hours before the first thing that needs to be done is set up a place to download your PDF files. Briefly you will set up a shortcut on your desktop into which you will place the liturgy of the hour files from Dropbox. Please watch this video. You can start and stop the video while you are doing this step on your computer. Once you have completed this step you should not need to do it again. Ever.
2.The next step is to download the Liturgy of the Hours' PDF. The following is what I consider to be the simplest. I will send you a one-time email with a link to DropBox. Save this email forever (or you can ask for another email). Clicking on the link contained in your email, you will bring up the DropBox page with the Liturgy of the Hours PDF Files. Click the download button and the folder containing the current file will appear in your Download Folder. Please Watch this Video.
Here is another this that is a little more complicated, but it will save you time in the long run...and you don't have to worry about losing the email I sent you. You can put the Drop box Link on your browser screen. Watch video here. You will only do this set up once.
3. Now we will prepare the Liturgy of the Hours for display on your computer and ultimately on other participants' devices. Your simple open the Download Folder where you put the PDF files and display the files for the Hours that will be recited. IT IS IMPORTANT TO WATCH THE VIDEO. If you do not have Adobe Video on your computer, it is a free download. If you done want to download and install the Adobe Reader, you can use the Edge Browser which you should have on your computer. 4. Once you have the PDF files opened, now its finally time to start Zoom
2. Make sure that you can see your Zoom window. If you can't see the screen, select the it by select using ALT+TAB keys. (see Keyboard Usage Demo)
3. Minimize your Zoom window. Click the "-" on the top of your Zoom window
